Abstract Pot-plants' value added is more higher than any other flowers. But production facility is behind compared with cut-flowers. The most part of pot-plants are produced at semi- automatic greenhouse and non-nutrient facility. Though pot-plants farmers have recognized necessity of modernization on production facility, they have a tendency to hesitate the adoption because of its' high installation cost. The object of this study is to compare management outcome between nutrient and non-nutrient cultivation for small-sized pot-plants just like cyclamen, kalanchoe, poinsettia and to analyze the investment feasibility efficiency of nutrient production facility.
