| dc.description.abstract | 규제비용관리제는 국민이 부담하는 규제비용을 관리하는 제도이다. 어떤 규제를 신설·강화하면 기업과 개인에게 직간접 비용을 부담시키는데, 해당 부처는 그 비용만큼 기존 규제를 정비하여야 한다. 국민에게 영향을 미치는 규제를 엄격히 관리하여 지나친 규제 입안을 억제하겠다는 것이 취지이다. 산림청도 법령을 개정하거나 관련 정책을 추진할 때 규제비용관리제의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 이 연구는 산림법령의 개정에서 발생하는 규제비용을 분석한 것이다. | - |
