Although private retail facility in the area increased, most of the products are bought from outside by residents. Because wholesale facilities to sell agricultural products producted are not enough to meet their demands. For the reason, establishing systematic distribution structure of agricultural products is expected to do much contribution to augmentation of farm income, welfare and life improvement of citizen. Yang-Ju City has poor distribution system of agricultural products and relatively out-of-date distribution facilities. For the reason, more advanced and improved agricultural products composite distribution center must be built compared to the poor wholesale facilities in terms of the function and administration system. It is important to establish more competitive and efficient wholesale and retail distribution system of agricultural products. This study handles problems of agricultural products production and distribution in Yang-Ju City, promoting establishment of agricultural products composite distribution center in the area. In addition, research of agricultural products composite distribution center regarding function, business form, scale and placement of necessary facility and plan of management and administration is conducted in the study. In conclusion, the study suggests a basic plan to establish efficient construction, management and administration of agricultural products composite distribution center in Yang-Ju City. In the light of summarizing main contents in the study, in the 2nd chapter, the change and view of the agricultural products distribution system which only imitates appearance of the popular large-scale discount store has been dealt with. In the 3rd chapter, agricultural products composite distribution center being established and operating was analyzed in term of the operation condition and presented current events point. In the 4th chapter, production and distribution conditions and problems on agricultural products in Yang-Ju area were analyzed and showed construction direction. In the 5th chapter, a basic plan such as necessary operation instruction on construction of agricultural products composite distribution center was presented. In the 6th chapter, turnover, facility size and presumption of construction expense of agricultural products composite distribution center were presented. In the 7th chapter, analysis of financial propriety of agricultural products composite distribution center was presented. In the 8th chapter, enterprise propulsion and selection of operation subject were presented. In the 9th chapter, the use of land and arrangement plan of facility on agricultural products composite distribution center was presented.
