박시현 김경덕 김정섭 오영석 김영수 문정훈 2018-11-15T08:19:36Z 2018-11-15T08:19:36Z 2007-12 R557 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/15182 지식기반사회란 지식과 정보가 가치 창출의 원동력이 되는 사회를 말한다. 세계화의 진전과 정보통신기술의 발달로 우리나라는 이미 지식기반사회에 진입하였다. 우리가 인식하든 못하든 지식기반사회의 도래는 광범위한 변화를 초래하고 있다. 최근 들어 지식기반사회의 도래와 그로 인한 사회 변화에 관하여 많은 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 그런데 지식기반사회의 도래가 농촌의 경제 활동에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대한 논의는 많지 않은 것 같다. 이 연구는 지식기반사회의 농촌경제 활성화 전략을 모색하려는 시도이다. 지식기반사회의 특징을 농촌의 경제활동과의 관계 속에서 검토하고, 통계자료 등을 활용하여 농촌의 지식기반경제 실태를 분석하였다. 아울러 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달이 가져올 유비쿼터스 사회에서 농촌의 지식기반화는 어떻게 진행될 것인지를 전망하며 그 대응전략을 모색하였다. On coming knowledge-based society, the rural socio-economy might adapt to the new environment for a sustainable development. The communication structure and the distribution of information have changed in the knowledge-based society. The structural changes in generation, distribution and utilization of knowledge would impact on the rural socio-economy structure and its conduct and performance. It is important to search sound answers for the sustainable development of the rural society with prospects on the knowledge-based society. We would explore and present policy direction and strategies for the development of rural economy under the knowledge-based society through analyzing and forecasting environments of knowledge-based economy in the rural area. Major tasks for development of rural economy would be summarized as followings; First, constructing knowledge network among related activities in the rural society should be promoted to innovate the economic activities with learning by communicating. Second, infrastructure of information and telecommunication in the rural area would be supplemented for the ubiquitous society. BcN (Broadband convergence network), USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network) should be provided, and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and USN should be standardized for the improvement of inter-area utilization. Third, economic activities utilizing u-IT would be promoted. Bi-communication and u-commerce with Web 2.0 will facilitate famers’accessibility to u-IT and enhance their economic opportunities. Fourth, the social safety network should be provided to reduce digital divides between the rural and the urban. Especially, enhancing ability of the rural resident to utilize and apply information and knowledge is important. In the rural area, substantial education system and convenient apparatus for the aged residents about IT should be contrived and provided.
