김배성 박미성 2018-11-15T08:24:50Z 2018-11-15T08:24:50Z 2010-04 M103 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/15632 대파, 무의 중기선행관측모형의 추정결과를 종합해 보면 가격 급등락 현상은 단순히 도매시장의 반입량 변동만으로 설명하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 이보다는 오히려 작형간 출하시기가 중복되는 시기의 경우, 가령 이 시기에 출하 예상물량이 평년에 비해 너무 많거나 또는 적을 경우 단기적으로 가격이 불안정하게 움직일 수 있다. 특히 기상재해 발생에 따른 유통 장애가 있거나 작황 부진으로 일정기간 동안 수급불균형이 발생됨에도 불구하고 재고 또는 출하 조절이 신속적으로 이루어지지 않을 경우가 있다. 이 경우 도매시장 일별 가격의 변동 폭은 확대 될 수밖에 없다. 또한 이와 같은 상황이 지속될 경우 최대 6개월까지도 도매시장 가격은 급등 추세를 보일 수 있다. This study develops a mid-term preceding observation model of agro and livestock products to complement an existing short-term agricultural observation model. The first purpose of the study is to extend a three seasonal classification(spring, summer, fall) of large green onion and radish to a four seasonal classification that involves the winter additionally. This allows us to verify the reason for demand and supply unbalance and price volatilities of fresh vegetables. The second purpose is to construct a mid-term preceding observation model that would be used to forecast planted areas, output, monthly shipment and price. To attain these purposes several multiple regression models are estimated in chapter 3. A system is consisted of a planted areas equation, a yield equation, monthly shipment distribution model, and monthly pricing model. To calculate endogeneous variables such as seasonal planted areas, production, and monthly price of the large green onion and radish, supporting equations are involved in the system and the consumer price index etc are considered as exogenous variables. In chapter 4 and appendix, the accuracy of the estimated model is evaluated by performing an historical simulation and examining how closely our estimate of monthly price of agro and livestock products track the historical data. The results of Root Mean Square Simulation Error(RMSE) and Theil's inequality coefficient show that the estimates track real values well.
