But with the traceability transparency only, food safety is not guaranteed. For the food safety system to be meaningful, it should be based on 3 basic conditions: (1) the clear-cut standards concerning the food production distribution, (2) the traceability transparency, (3) the checking system to assure that all the standards are kept well and the disclosed information is really true.
