사공용 2018-11-15T08:51:32Z 2018-11-15T08:51:32Z 2006-06 RE29-1-2 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/18481 본 연구는 소비경험을 갖지 않은 수입산 쌀이 식용으로 시판될 경우 국내 소비자가격을 계측하였고, 이에 따라 정부가 부과할 수 있는 최대 mark-up을 추정하였다. ’04년 국내가격을 기준으로 미국산 쌀은 43.4천원/20kg, 중국산 가격은 41.8천원/20kg으로 결정될 것으로 추정되었다. 그러나 이러한 추정치는 국내 수급사정에 의한 국내 쌀 가격에 따라 다르게 결정될 것이고, ’05년도와 같이 국내 가격이 급격히 하락한 경우에는 이보다 더 낮은 가격에서 결정될 것으로 본다. 그러나 국내 쌀 가격은 국내 수급사정에 따라 변할 수 있는 것이기 때문에 절대적인 가격보다는 국내산 쌀의 품질에 따른 가격대와 비교하는 것이 더 합리적이라고 본다. 이러한 점에서 미국산 쌀 가격은 국내산 저가미보다는 약간 높은 가격에서 형성될 것으로 보이고, 중국산 쌀 가격은 국내산 저가미보다 약간 낮게 형성될 것으로 예측되었다. According to a conclusion of renegotiation for the exemption of tariffication in Korean rice, Korea should import rice for table using. In this paper, we estimate how much the consumer prices of imported rices are sold and thus how much Korean government can impose the mark-up on imported rices. However, since Korean people has an experience to consume foreign rice, consumption share functions for various brands of domestic and foreign rice are estimated by using the method suggested recently by Sakong(2006). Estimated consumption share functions together with supply functions are simultaneously solved to search the equilibrium prices of each brands.
