전상곤 송주호 2018-11-15T08:56:57Z 2018-11-15T08:56:57Z 2009-01 RE31-6-02 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/18953 본 논문은 국내산 농산물과 수입 농산물의 월별 가격 시계열 자료를 이용하여 단위근 검정, 공적분 검정 등을 기초로 가격 전이 계수를 추정하였다. 단위근 검정 결과, 예상대로 상당수의 시계열 자료들이 단위근을 갖는 불안정 시계열인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가격 전이 계수를 추정하기에 앞서 관심 대상이 되는 가격들 간의 안정적인 균형 관계가 존재하는지 공적분 검정을 기초로 테스트하였다. 그 결과 국내산 가격들 간에 그리고 국내산과 수입산 가격 간에 공적분 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장기적으로 안정적인 균형 관계가 형성되어 있었다. 모형을 확장하여 오차 수정 모형을 통한 단기적 조정 과정이 있는지 검정해 보았다. 국내산 가격들 간에는 단기 전이 계수와 장기 전이 계수가 비슷한 것으로 나타나서 이들 가격 간에 장기적 뿐만이 아닌 단기적인 과정에서도 안정적 관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 반면, 오차 수정 모형을 통하여 공적분을 검정한 결과, 국내산과 수입산 가격 간에는 오차 수정 모형을 적용하는 것이 적합하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 가장 중요한 사항인 가격 전이 계수 정도를 비교해 보면, 국내산 가격들 간의 가격 전이 계수가 1에 가까운 반면, 국내산과 수입산 가격 간의 가격 전이 계수는 대부분 1보다 통계학적으로 유의하게 작은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 수입 농산물에 발생하는 가격의 변화가 국내 농산물에는 일부분만 반영된다는 의미이다. 수입산의 국내산으로의 가격 전이 계수를 품목별로 비교해 보면, 채소와 곡물류는 상대적으로 크고 유의하게 나타났고, 과실류는 상대적으로 작고 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 참깨와 땅콩은 작고 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 땅콩의 가격 전이 계수가 작고 유의하지 않은 것은 수입량이 가격보다는 증량된 시장접근물량에 더 큰 영향을 받기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서 계측된 수입산과 국내산 농산물 간의 가격 전이 계수는 품목별로 다르게 나타났다. 이는 계절성, 수입관리제도 등 여러 가지 원인에 의해서 설명될 수 있다. 그러나 이는 본 연구의 범위를 벗어나는 것으로 추후 연구 과제로 남겨두기로 한다. This study estimates the degree of price transmission between domestic and imported agricultural products using monthly price time series data. To do that, this study tests unit root and conintegration between prices. The results of unit root tests show that many of each price time series data are understood as nonstationary. Therefore, we test whether there exists a cointegration relationship between prices. The results of the test indicate that domestic prices of different qualities in the same product and domestic and imported prices are cointegrated. In other words, there are long run equilibrium relations between these prices.
