우병준 김현중 2018-11-15T09:36:52Z 2018-11-15T09:36:52Z 2010-10 R609-3 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/19543 우리나라의 축산물 수출이 저조한 원인은 가축 질병 발생에 따른 교역국과의 수출 중단과 축산물 생산비가 높아 수출 경쟁력이 취약하기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 이에 정부와 지방자치단체, 농업관련 기관 등 다양한 단체들이 농가와 기업들의 축산물 수출을 지원하기 위해 많은 연구와 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 수출 대상 국가별 특성을 고려한 축산물 수출 증대와 수출 유망 품목을 발굴, 수출전략을 제시하는 등 종합적인 수출시장 확대방안 모색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 아울러 축산물 중 돼지고기, 닭고기, 육류 가공품, 유제품 등의 수출활성화와 수출시장 확대방안에 대해서도 다루고 있다. 그 가운데 돼지고기의 수출활성화를 위해서는 질병 청정화, 가격과 품질경쟁력 확보, 해외시장 조사와 정보획득 강화, 철저한 수출검역체계 구축 등 정부지원 강화와 역량이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The weak export performance of meat products is mainly due to animal diseases outbreak and low price competitiveness. Animal diseases such as FMD and HPAI prohibit domestic livestock industry from exporting meat products. High production costs impose a severe strain on price- competitiveness. The central and local governments, and export related organizations are trying to resolve low export-competitiveness. The main purpose of this research is supporting the effort. To do so, this research reviews current main export markets of pork, poultry, and milk products and discovers future promising foreign markets. This research, in pork export market, identifies that disease eradication, increase quality and price competitiveness, attaining more foreign market information, and intensive export quarantine and permit are necessary to increase foreign market pork products export. To increase poultry product export, this research suggests increasing quality and price competitiveness, eradicating animal diseases, higher hygiene standards, attaining foreign consumers’ preferences, and government’s effort of strict product monitoring. In case of milk products, the current outbreak of FMD and china’s import-prohibition provides a clue of how to handle difficulties. The government and private enterprises have to gather and discuss how to maximize possible outcomes (or minimize damages) when they face importing country’s market prohibition activities.
