마상진 김강호 2018-11-15T09:54:44Z 2018-11-15T09:54:44Z 2014-09-28 RE37-3-05 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/20915 이 연구는 농촌주민들의 평생학습 참여 실태를 분석하고 그 관련변인을 구명하는 데 있었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 농촌주민 507명에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 ① 농촌주민의 평생학습 욕구 조사결과, 학습 여건이 열악한 지역일수록 높고, ② 농촌주민들의 평생학습 참여를 촉진시키기 위해 적절한 교육 정보 제공과 더불어 농촌주민의 거리･시간 접근성을 고려한 정교한 프로그램 제공이 필요 하고, ③ 컴퓨터 활용능력과 학습 욕구가 평생학습 참여와 투자의 중요한 결정요인임을 확인하였다. 도시에 비해 많이 부족한 평생학습 인프라로 인해 농촌주민들은 비형식보다는 무형식학습에 더 많이 참여하고, 젊은층 그리고 높은 학습욕구와 컴퓨터 활용능력을 지닌 농촌주민들 위주로 평생학습 참여가 많이 이뤄지고 있었다. 농촌정책이 농촌주민의 역량강화를 통한 보다 내발적으로 이뤄지기 위해서는 물리적 학습시설 확충이나 개인의 학습비용 경감 등의 대책도 중요하지만, 농촌주민의 시각에서 농촌지역발전에 필요한 내용을 학습프로그램으로 개발･보급하고, 온라인 및 오프라인을 통해 농촌주민들의 학습 접근성을 강화해 나갈 수 있는 대책마련이 필요하다. This study was to analyze the lifelong learning participation and to identify the related variables of lifelong learning participation and investment in rural areas. For the purpose, this study carried out a survey on 507 rural residents. Survey results indicated that residents in remote rural areas had higher needs of lifelong learning for their limited learning opportunities than residents in suburban areas. Investigating barriers of lifelong learning and mainly accessed institutes in rural residents suggested that relevant learning information and rural residents-specific learning program design considering time and distance barriers were required for the expansion of lifelong learning participation in rural areas.
