권오상 강혜정 2018-11-15T09:55:38Z 2018-11-15T09:55:38Z 2014-12-21 RE37-4-02 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/20989 본고는 소비자패널의 가구별 월간 돈육구입자료에 다중 이산-연속선택모형(MDCEV)을 적용하여 각 가구가 신선 돈육의 부위를 어떻게 선택하고, 선택한 부위는 어느 정도나 구입하는지를 동시에 계량분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석방법은 매월 각 가구가 여러 가지의 부위를 선택하면서도 일부 부위는 선택하지 않는 이산선택행위와, 선택한 부위의 소비량을 결정하는 연속선택행위를 하나의 효용함수에 확률변수를 반영하여 일관되게 추정할 수 있다. 아울러 본고는 시뮬레이션을 통해 선호에 영향을 미치는 확률변수의 효과를 반영하면서도 가격변화가 부위별 수요량 선택에 미치는 영향을 도출하였으며, 소득이나 여타 가구별 특성이 각 부위별 선호도에 미치는 영향도 분석하였다. 본고가 추정하여 제시하는 돈육 부위별 자기가격 및 교차가격 탄력성과 소득탄력성, 그리고 각 가구별 특성이 수요선택에 미치는 영향 등에 관한 정보는 생산자의 마케팅 전략 수립이나 관련 정부정책 수립에 활용될 수가 있을 것이다. This study estimates household demand for fresh pork cuts using a Korean scanner data set and a multiple-discrete-continuous extreme value econometric model. The choices for purchasing cuts and purchasing amounts are derived from an MDCEV utility function consistently. We estimate the own and cross price elasticities of demand, income elasticities, and the impacts of household characteristics on demands using a simulation approach. The study finds that the estimates for own price elasticities are larger than those found by a comparable reduced-form study, while those for cross price and income elasticities obtained from the two different approaches are quite similar. It is shown that the belly, the ribs, the shoulder, and the special cuts are normal while the others are inferior.
