전지연 유찬희 박준기 2018-11-15T10:03:54Z 2018-11-15T10:03:54Z 2016-09-21 RE39-3-02 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/21658 이 연구에서는 논벼와 양념채소 농가의 소득 및 경영 변동 실태를 살펴본 후, 품목별 농업소득 변동 요인 분해를 실시하고 농가특성(경영규모)에 따른 농업소득 변동 위험을 살펴보았다. 논벼는 가격 하락, 경영비 상승으로 실질소득이 하락하는 추세이며, 양념채소는 최근 기상여건 등에 따른 생산량 변동으로 가격변동성이 심화되고 소득불안정이 확대되고 있다. 분산분해 결과, 논벼는 경영비 변동의 영향이 타 품목보다 현격하게 크고, 가격변동의 영향 정도는 마늘, 고추, 논벼, 양파 순으로 나타났다. 동일 품목 내에서도 경영규모에 따라 요인별 영향 정도에 차이가 발생했다. 이러한 분석결과는 경영안정대책을 모색할 때 품목별 특성을 반영하고 보다 세분화된 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 한편, 분산분해 적용에서 단위면적당 농업소득 변동자료의 이용은 생산규모의 영향을 제한적으로 반영하는 한계를 지닌다. This study aims at disclosing factors affecting farm income taking into account crop- and farm-specific characteristics. The variance decomposition method is employed to conduct an analysis using 2008-2012 farm-level panel data on Korean rice and spicy vegetables farms. Key findings go as follows. First, the most influential factors on farm income variability vary across crops, as expected. For instance, pepper and garlic producers’ farm income variability most largely depends on, among others, price changes meanwhile rice and onion farms are relatively more vulnerable to yield fluctuation. Besides, rice farms’ income instability is more dependent on management cost changes relative to other types of farms. Second, in case of rice farms, a significantly different level of income variation is observed based on planted acre sizes.
