박미성 이미숙 박한울 2018-11-15T13:11:25Z 2018-11-15T13:11:25Z 2017-10-30 979-11-6149-089-2 R823 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/22384 과일 1인당 소비량은 1990년에 빠르게 증가하다가 2000년대 들어서는 정체되어 있다. 2000년대 정체된 과일 1인당 소비량 중 수입과일 소비량만 연 3.6%씩 증가하면서 가공품을 포함한 과일 자급률은 70.3%로 하락하여 국산 과일의 입지가 좁아지고 있다. 이처럼 2000년대 들어 FTA 체결 확대 등으로 과일 수입량 증가와 품목 다양화로 소비자는 기호에 따라 과일을 구입할 수 있게 되었고, 인구·사회적 여건 변화에 따라 과일 소비트렌드도 변화되었다. 그러나 과일 소비트렌드 특징을 세부적으로 나누어본 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 한편, 과수는 영년생 작물로서 식재 후 수확까지 수년이 소요되는 생육특성상 생산이 소비변화의 속도를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 따라서 과일 소비패턴 및 소비트렌드 특징을 파악함으로써 생산대체 작목선택 시 시사점을 제시하며, 과일 소비트렌드를 반영한 과일산업 대응방안을 단기와 중장기로 구분하여 제시할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 과일 소비와 관련된 자료를 활용하여 과일 소비 패턴 및 구조 변화와 소비트렌드 특징을 살펴보고, 이러한 소비트렌드와 생산의 불일치가 있는지 진단한 후 과일 소비트렌드에 맞는 과일 생산·출하 구조 변화를 위한 과일산업 대응방안을 제시하고자 노력하였다. Per capita fruit consumption has been stagnant since 2000, while the consumption of imported fruits has increased at an annual average of 3.6%. With this backdrop, this study aims to identify fruit consumption patterns and characteristics of consumption trends and analyze the current state of domestic fruit production and processing by using quantitative data on fruit consumption, and present short-term and medium- and long-term countermeasures of the fruit industry in accordance with the fruit consumption trends. It is necessary to produce sweeter fruits, discuss shipping dates considering quality, and develop products in small packets in the short term, and to diversify products and varieties, develop and disseminate varieties suitable for consumption trends, and separate production systems by consumption uses in the medium and long term.
