남경수 하인혜 안병일 2019-04-04T16:40:09Z 2019-04-04T16:40:09Z 2019-03-31 RE42-1-04 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/23404 경제성장에 따른 인구구조 변화는 식품에 대한 인식 및 소비 트렌드에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 과거의 식품소비는 영양소 보충과 맛이 주요 관심의 대상이었으나 최근에는 식품의 안전성과 건강으로 주요 관심의 대상이 변화하고 있으며, 이러한 트렌드 변화와 함께 건강기능식품에 대한 관심과 소비도 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 건강기능식품 생산 업체의 이윤함수를 이론모형을 통해 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 각 업체의 특성 및 현황에 따른 개별인정형 원료 관련 규제에 대한 업체의 인식을 분석하였다. 분석결과 개별인정형 원료를 보유하고 있는 업체와 그렇지 못한 업체는 개별인정형 원료의 고시형 원료 전환기간 단축에 대해 상반되는 의견을 보였다. 즉 개별인정형 원료 보유개수가 많은 업체일수록 전환기간 단축에 반대하는 입장을 보이는 반면, 개별인정형 원료를 보유하지 못한 업체일수록 전환기간 단축에 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 산업의 성장을 위해 시행한 규제 완화가 오히려 성장을 저해를 유발할 수도 있다는 것을 암시한다. The high level of regulation hinders the growth of the health functional food industry, although the consumers’ food choices shift from the emphasis on taste and nutrients to safety and health. This paper investigates how the companies that produce health functional food show different attitudes toward the regulations of health functional food. Most companies and related workers in the health functional food industry appear to be in favor of deregulation for the growth of the industry.
