강혜정 2019-07-17T16:40:09Z 2019-07-17T16:40:09Z 2019-06-30 RE42-2-04 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/23944 본 연구는 한국고용정보원의 대졸자직업이동경로조사를 이용하여, 대졸자의 농림어업 취업 결정 요인과 농림어업 일자리에 대한 만족도를 분석하였다. 분석모형은 로짓모형과 순위 프로빗 모형을 각각 이용하였다. 분석결과, 대졸자의 농림어업 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에서 농과대학 졸업자의 농림어업 취업 확률이 높게 나타나, 농과대학생 대상 농림어업 분야 취업 장려 정책의 효과가 더 크게 나타날 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 후계농업인 육성을 위해서는 농과대학 출신 농업인 육성정책에 보다 많은 관심이 필요할 것이다. 또한 대졸자의 농림어업 직업 및 업무의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 농과대학 졸업자일수록 직업만족도가 높게 나타나, 대학에서 습득한 관련 기술 및 지식이 일자리 만족도를 높이는데 기여하였음을 알 수 있다. 임금 또는 소득의 만족도가 높을수록 직업 만족도가 높았고, 고용의 안정성, 근로시간의 만족도가 높은 경우에도 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 보다 자유로운 근로시간 및 안정성 등의 농림어업 직업의 장점을 부각시키고, 소득 증대 지원을 통해 농림어업 일자리 만족도를 높일 수 있으며, 대졸자의 농림어업 분야 취업을 확대시킬 수 있을 것이다. This study analyzes the determinants of employment in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, and the degree of satisfaction with jobs in the industries by using data from the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey. The Logit model is used to analyze factors affecting young college graduates' choice of employment in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. The Ordered Probit model is used to analyze factors influencing overall job satisfaction of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. Results indicate that graduates from agricultural colleges have a higher probability of employment in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. When their spouses' vocation is related to agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, they are more likely to engage in the industries. The higher the likelihood of their aptitude and interest are or the brighter the future prospects for agriculture are, the higher the probability of employment in agriculture forestry, and fisheries is. The higher the satisfaction of wage or income, job stability, and working hours, the larger overall job satisfaction is. In addition, the higher the satisfaction of job-related education or training is, the higher overall job satisfaction is.
