엄진영 김선웅 2020-01-28T16:40:06Z 2020-01-28T16:40:06Z 2019-12-30 RE42-4-01 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/24541 본 연구는 여성농업인의 연령집단별 영농활동 비중의 차이와 해당 비중의 변인을 동시에 분석하여, 여성농업인 생애주기에 따른 노동부담 경감 정책 수립을 위한 기초 자료 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다. 연령집단별 영농비중 차이를 반영하고자 반복적 횡단면 자료(repeated cross-section data)를 바탕으로 교차분류임의효과(cross-classified random effects)를 고려한 위계적 모형(Hierarchical model)을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 농작물의 품목, 가구 형태, 농축산물 판매금액이 여성농업인의 영농활동 비중 결정에 유의미한 요인으로 나타났다. 더하여 연령집단별 영농활동 비중에 대한 분석에서는 2013년을 기준으로 25~44세의 연령집단은 영농활동 비중이 전반적으로 감소하는 시기로, 45~64세의 연령집단은 영농활동을 집중적으로 영위하는 시기로, 65~84세의 연령집단은 영농활동 비중을 점차적으로 감소시키는 시기로 나타났다. 해당 결과는 여성농업인 관련 정책의 효과를 제고하기 위해 각 연령집단별 정책 수립이 필요함을 시사한다. This study analyzed how the demographic factors, the types of households, and the economic factors of female farmers affect the participation rate of female farmers' farming activities. In particular, this paper considered the following points that were not attempted in previous studies. First, we used a repeated cross-section data to reflect changes in the participation rate of female farmers’ farming activities over time. Second, a multilevel ordered logit model using cross-classified random effects was used for the analysis of the effect of female farmers’ farming activities by age group. The types of agricultural products, the types of households, and the sales amount of agricultural and livestock products turned out to be significant factors. Also, our study identified that there is a difference in the participation rate of female farmers' farming activities by age group. Namely, female farmers could be classified into three groups by the participation of farming activities: 26 - 45 years old, 46 - 65 years old, and 66 - 85 years old.
