최경숙 김지은 2020-07-21T16:40:10Z 2020-07-21T16:40:10Z 2020-06-30 RE43-2-04 http://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/25064 본 연구의 목적은 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안과 식품 소비자정보 리터러시가 조사대상자의 국내식품과 수입식품에 대한 식생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 식품 소비자정보 리터러시와 국내식품과 수입식품에 대한 식생활만족도 간의 관계에서 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안의 매개 효과를 살펴보기 위함이다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식품 소비자정보 리터러시의 정보활용과 종합 및 평가 요인, 정보탐색 및 접근 요인, 정보탐색 목표설정 요인, 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안, 국산식품 식생활만족도, 수입식품 식생활만족도는 서로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안, 식품 소비자정보 리터러시, 인구통계학적 요인이 소비자의 국산식품과 수입식품에 대한 식생활만족도에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 국산식품에 대한 식생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안과 성별이고 수입식품에 대한 식생활만족도는 식품 소비자정보 리터러시 중 정보탐색 목표설정 요인, 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안, 성별에 의해 영향을 받았다. 셋째, 식품 소비자정보 리터러시와 국산식품과 수입식품에 대한 식생활만족도간의 관계에서 식품위해에 대한 소비자불안의 매개효과가 검증되었다. This study examined the effect of consumer anxiety on food hazards and food consumer information literacy for dietary life satisfaction with domestic and imported foods. Our analysis resulted in three significant findings. First, the information utilization, synthesis, and evaluation factor, the information search and access factor, goal setting for information search factor among food consumer information literacy, consumer anxiety on food hazards, and dietary life satisfaction showed significant correlations. Second, due to our analysis of the effect of consumer anxiety of food hazards and food consumer information literacy on dietary life satisfaction, consumer anxiety on food hazards and the consumer’s gender affect dietary life satisfaction with domestic and imported foods. Third, goal setting for information search had a full mediating effect on dietary life satisfaction with domestic foods. Information utilization, synthesis, and evaluation showed a full mediating effect on dietary life satisfaction with imported foods. On the other hand, goal setting for information search had a partial mediating effect.
