허장 장유진 김령임 2023-03-24T16:40:07Z 2023-03-24T16:40:07Z 2022-12-30 979-11-6149-612-2 R971-2 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/29663 캄보디아는 2010년대 말 7%가 넘는 연평균 경제 성장률을 기록하였고, 2022년에는 코로나19에도 불구하고 4%를 훌쩍 넘는 성장률을 나타낼 것으로 전망된다. 1997년 재수교한 이후로 우리나라와 캄보디아는 정치, 경제, 사회적으로 많은 협력관계를 만들고 유지해 왔다. 양국 간 무역액은 2021년 1조 1,546억 원으로 그 전 해보다 9% 늘었다. 메콩강 국가로는 처음으로 우리와 FTA를 체결해서 2022년 10월 현재 우리나라 국회의 비준을 기다리고 있다. 개발협력 분야에서는 2010년 이래 계속해서 우리의 중점협력 국가로 지정되었으며, 특히 농업과 농촌개발 분야는 중점 지원 분야이기도 하다. 앞으로도 다양한 방면에서 교류, 협력이 지속될 것으로 보이는 양국 간에 농림업 분야 개발협력이 더 체계적이고 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 방향과 과제를 제안하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다. Background of Research ○Cambodia is one of the Korean government’s prioritized countries, receiving many development cooperation aids from various public organizations, which raises the necessity to integrate and coordinate them under longer term vision, objectives and action plans. This study aims to establish the development cooperation strategy in the fields of agriculture and forestry for ODA activities with Cambodia, through the analysis of economic conditions, agricultural situations, national and agricultural development strategies of Cambodia, as well as foreign economic cooperation strategies of Korea. Method of Research ○The study analyzes development strategic papers for Cambodia’s national and agricultural sectors, Korea’s ODA strategy, and assistance strategic papers of key development partners, including statistical information on ODA performances. ○A research team in the Royal University of Agriculture of Cambodia joined the study by implementing a part of research. The research results were utilized for understanding current situations of Cambodia’s rice industry and policies about agricultural human resources.
