이정민 김연중 김부영 박준홍 2023-03-31T16:40:10Z 2023-03-31T16:40:10Z 2022-12-30 979-11-6149-622-1 P286 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/29681 온실가스 배출량 증가에 따른 이상기후가 최근 빈번하게 발생하면서 안정적인 식량공급의 중요성이 점차 강조되고 있다. 또한 도시화 진행과 농약사용 증가로 자연에 존재하던 화분매개곤충이 감소한 상황에서 꿀벌 집단실종 현상이 빈번히 발생하면서 양봉업의 화분매개가치를 재조명할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 그동안 우리나라에서 양봉업의 가치는 양봉산물의 경제적 생산액에 국한되어 생각되었으며, 양봉업이 화분매개를 통해 환경과 농업생산, 자연환경에 미치는 역할과 가치에 관해서는 충분한 연구가 미흡하여 양봉업의 가치가 과소 평가되는 한계점이 있었다. 이러한 점을 극복하기 위해 화분매개의 다양한 가치를 측정하여 양봉업이 농업에서 가지는 위상을 재정립하고, 안정적인 식량공급을 위해서는 화분매개가 필수적임을 제시함으로써 양봉업과 농업의 연계성을 강조할 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 양봉업의 화분매개가치를 제시하고, 양봉업의 지속적인 발전을 위한 정책 개선 방향과 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Purpose of Research ○In Korea, the value of the beekeeping industry has been assessed solely on the basis of the production value of beekeeping products. The pollination value has been excluded from the assessment, which has greatly decreased the value of the industry. ○Also, it has been difficult to secure the foundation for formulating policies for supporting the pollination sector due to insufficient research on the roles and value of the beekeeping industry through pollination in the environment and agricultural production. ○Therefore, it is needed to highlight the value of the industry and emphasize the importance of its pollination function by measuring its pollination value. Based on the measurement, this study aims to reestablish the status of the beekeeping industry in agriculture, and to provide preliminary data necessary to shape policies for building a continual relationship between the industry and agriculture. Research Methods ○The study reviewed domestic and foreign literature, analyzed statistical data, and utilized beekeeping experts’ advisory meetings and a public survey to analyze the current status of the use of pollinating insects and related policies at home and abroad, and investigated public opinion on the value of pollination.
