박지연 김정승 김부영 2025-01-23T16:40:01Z 2025-01-23T16:40:01Z 2024-10-30 979-11-6149-721-1 R2024-09 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/31491 농식품 분야는 우리나라 경제와 국민의 생활에 밀접한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기술혁신을 통해 산업 경쟁력을 높이는 중요한 분야이다. 특히 공공 연구개발(R&D)을 통해 축적된 기술과 성과는 농업과 식품산업 전반의 지속 가능한 발전을 도모할 수 있는 핵심 자산으로, 이를 효과적으로 이전하고 사업화하는 것은 국가적 과제가 되고 있다. 그러나 농식품 분야의 특성상 중소기업과 영세 농가가 다수인 환경에서는 기술이전과 사업화 과정에서 여러 어려움이 발생할 수 있다. 공공 R&D 성과의 실질적인 경제적 효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 보다 체계적인 기술이전 지원과 사업화 정책이 요구된다. 본 보고서는 이러한 요구에 부응하여 농식품 분야 공공 R&D 성과의 기술이전과 사업화 현황을 분석하고, 정책적 지원 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 국내외 사례를 포함한 다양한 분석을 통해 농식품 기술이전 및 사업화의 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 실효성 있는 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Purpose of Research ○ The importance of and investment in technological innovation to respond to domestic and international conditions such as continuous economic growth, population structure changes, and climate change are gradually increasing. At the same time, there is increasing national interest in ways to utilize the results of the relevant R&D along with enhancing scientific and technological capabilities for technological innovation. Accordingly, this study aims to suggest technology transfer and commercialization plans for public R&D results in order to enhance the utilization of public R&D results in the agricultural and food sector.
