김정승 서대석 이승근 2026-01-13T16:40:00Z 2026-01-13T16:40:00Z 2024-12-30 979-11-6149-812-6 M2024-05 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/32512 이 연구는 무기질 비료와 작물보호제 산업의 실태를 파악하고 정책과제를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구는 2010년대 이후의 생산, 사용, 유통 실태를 면밀하게 파악하기 위해 문헌과 통계자료를 면밀히 분석하였고, 농업인 대상 설문조사와 19회의 심층 면담을 통해 현장의 인식과 수급 구조를 입체적으로 검토하였다. 또한 무기질 비료 원자재의 국제 가격 변동이 국내 가격에 미치는 영향을 시계열 모형으로 분석함으로써 외부 충격과 국내 시장의 연동성을 실증적으로 규명하였다. 무기질 비료의 국내 생산 기반은 축소되고 있으나 농업인은 미량원소가 포함된 비료 및 완효성 비료에 대한 수요가 꾸준히 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 작물보호제 산업은 유통 구조에서 농협의 비중이 증가하는 등 구조적 재편이 진행 중임을 확인하였다. 정책과제로는 원자재 공급 위험에 대응하기 위한 수입선 다변화, 선물시장 활용, 환율 충격 대응 능력 제고 등이 요구되며, 농업인의 실제 수요를 반영한 비료 연구개발 체계의 구축이 필요함을 제시하였다. 아울러 국산 작물보호제 원제의 수출 확대 가능성이 확인됨에 따라 원제 개발을 위한 연구개발 투자 강화와 함께, 농협 및 자재상 판매 담당자의 전문성 제고가 필요함을 언급하였다. Purpose of Research ○The purpose of this study is to identify the conditions of the inorganic fertilizer and crop protection industries, including supply, demand, and distribution, in order to derive policy tasks. Specifically, the study conducts a examination of production and use patterns of inorganic fertilizers and crop protection products, as well as their distribution conditions, from the 2010s onward to assess the actual state of the relevant industries. Next, it analyzes the impact of changes in external conditions related to inorganic fertilizers on domestic fertilizer price level.
