김상현 김종진 명수환 2026-02-02T16:40:01Z 2026-02-02T16:40:01Z 2025-12-31 979-11-6149-784-6 R2025-10 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/32615 최근 정부는 농식품 수출통상 기능 강화를 목표로 농식품 수출통상 로드맵을 수립하고, 수출검역·기술장벽·통관거부·할랄인증 등 주요 통상이슈에 대응하기 위한 중장기 전략을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 주요 수출국의 비관세장벽 현황을 종합 진단하고, 대응 방향을 제시하여 정부의 정책 의사결정에 실질적으로 이바지하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 비관세장벽의 현황 파악, 영향분석 , 수출기업 대상 설문조사, 그리고 이를 종합한 대응 방향 제시 등의 단계적 구조를 갖추고 있어 정책 활용성을 높이는 데 중점을 두었다. 또한 기존 연구가 주로 통계적 분석에 의존했던 한계를 보완하여, 실제 수출기업의 현장 경험을 중심으로 한 질적 분석을 병행함으로써 실효성 있는 정책 제언을 도출하고자 하였다. Purpose of Research ○As the global agri-food trade environment evolves rapidly, the importance of agri-food export trade has grown. With intensifying global market competition and major trading countries reinforcing various non-tariff barriers (NTBs) to protect their domestic industries, Korean agri-food products face growing challenges in accessing overseas markets. In this context, systematic research on NTBs is not only timely but also essential for strengthening national agri-food export policy. In particular, NTBs in the agri-food sector have become a major constraint on K-Food exports, which are gaining global attention. Accordingly, this study aims to present policy directions to strengthen the global competitiveness of Korean agri-food products. It seeks to establish a stable export foundation by analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of NTBs. Ultimately, the goal is to position agriculture as a future growth sector through the sustainable expansion of K-Food.
