곽대영 김종진 2026-07-09T16:40:02Z 2026-07-09T16:40:02Z 2026-06-21 RE49-2-02 https://repository.krei.re.kr/handle/2018.oak/33106 본 고는 가구의 식생활 관련 소비 행태에 대한 이해를 제고하고 농식품 소비 관련 정책 설계에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로, ARDL-ECM 모형을 적용하여 ‘식료품’ 및 ‘음식서비스’의 기간별·세부 품목별·소득 분위별 가격 및 소득탄성치와 코로나19의 영향을 추정하였다. 분석 결과, ‘식료품’ 소비는 가격과 소득 모두에 유의하게 반응하는 반면, ‘음식서비스’는 주로 소득 변화에 의해 결정되는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 가격 및 소득 효과는 동 분기 내에 반영되었으며, 균형으로의 조정 속도 또한 빠른 것으로 추정되었다. 최근으로 올수록 일부 탄성치의 신뢰구간이 확대되어 가격 및 소득 영향의 불확실성이 증가하는 경향도 확인되었다. 소득 1분위 가구는 여타 분위와 상이한 탄성치를 보였으며, 특히 외식 소비의 소득탄성치가 상대적으로 크게 추정되었다. 세부 품목별로는 ‘생수·청량음료·주스’, ‘어류·수산’ 등이 가격 변화에 민감하게 반응한 반면, ‘육류’, ‘과일’, ‘음식서비스’ 등은 소득 변화에 보다 탄력적으로 반응하였다. 본 연구는 AIDS류의 이론적으로 정교한 수요체계 모형의 대안으로서, 추정과 해석이 용이하고 직관적인 ARDL-ECM 모형의 활용 가능성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. This study aims to enhance understanding of household food-related consumption behavior and to provide policy-relevant evidence for the design of agricultural and food consumption policies. Using an ARDL-ECM framework, it estimates price and income elasticities, as well as the impact of COVID-19, for food at home and food services across time periods, detailed product categories, and income quintiles. The results show that food-at-home consumption responds significantly to both price and income changes, whereas food services are primarily determined by income fluctuations. Most price and income effects are reflected within the same quarter, and the speed of adjustment toward long-run equilibrium is found to be relatively rapid. In recent periods, the confidence intervals of certain elasticity estimates have widened, indicating increasing uncertainty in the effects of price and income. First-quintile households exhibit responsiveness distinct from other income groups, particularly showing relatively higher income elasticity for food services. At the detailed item level, non-alcoholic beverages and fish/seafood are more sensitive to price changes, while meat, fruits, and food services are more responsive to income changes.
