| dc.description.tableofcontents | 이 연구는 종래 어장, 어항, 어촌개발정책이 분리 실시됨으로써 생활의 터전으로서 살기좋은 어촌개발이 이루어지지 못했다는데 기본인식을 갖고 출발하였다. 따라서 어촌의 특성이라고 할 수 있는 생산의 장소로서의 어장, 삶의 터전이라고 할 수 있는 어촌, 그리고 이 양자를 연결시켜주는 접촉점이 되는 어항을 통합한 종합개발을 이루는데 주안점이 두어졌다. 아울러 많은 지역에 대한 대표성을 가질 수 있도록, 개발의 목표와 과제, 개발방법 및 투자계획에 대한 모형제시가 이루어졌으며, 이런 모형을 토대로 강원도 고성군 봉포리와 전남 신안군 대둔·다물지구에 대한 사례연구도 병헹되었다. | - |
