4. 요약 및 시사점 This study analyzes German policies of the agricultural investment promotion.
Agricultural investment policies are based on three institutional programs:
Firstly, the Joint Task for the Improvement of Agricultural Structures and
Coastal Protection(GAK) is a country-specific public program, jointly financed
by the German Federal Government and provincial governments.
Secondly, the European Agriculture Guidance and Guarantee Fund(EAGGF)
constitutes the basis for the support of agricultural development in the EU. In
a narrow sense, however, measures of the EAGGF are not an investment promotion,
but an aid performed particularly through direct payments.
Finally, the Special Credits of the Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank is another
country-specific private program for the agricultural investment promotion.
These three programs operate in a supplementary manner.
