This study analyses the change in agricultural producers' way of thinking
after the UR agreement on agriculture was put in place.
The analysis is accomplished by using the annual data which are collected
from KREI's correspondents in rural area for 7 years(1993 to 2000).
This investigation and analysis confirmed that the rural society is generally
in the crisis according to the loss of agricultural vision widely spread by
recent economic crisis.
Thus, the resupmtion of various types of agricultural investment which was
delayed by economic crisis should be taken, and the establishment of long-run
plans which rid the negative effect of the agricultural market liberalization on
farm sector is needed.
