This study analyses the change in agricultural producers' way of thinkingafter the UR agreement on agriculture was put in place.The analysis is accomplished by using the annual data which are collectedfrom KREI's correspondents in rural area for 7 years(1993 to 2000).This investigation and analysis confirmed that the rural society is generallyin the crisis according to the loss of agricultural vision widely spread byrecent economic crisis.Thus, the resupmtion of various types of agricultural investment which wasdelayed by economic crisis should be taken, and the establishment of long-runplans which rid the negative effect of the agricultural market liberalization onfarm sector is needed.
