dc.description.tableofcontents	The objective of this study is to propose a development method and apolitical theme of environmental silvipolis as a new alternative tomountain-village development.or mountain village to be environment-friendly area which is surrounded byclean water, fresh air, and thick forest, the development of sivipolis in a waythat people are harmonized with forest is based on the followings; 1) fixing apolicy direction of that gradually with a changing trend of society, 2)improving legal and executive support system including a legislation of the lawof silvipolis development, 3) setting up the guideline of the policy andintroducing an incentive scheme at the action plan, and 4) identifying the mainbody and the method of silvipolis development.	-
