목차
Abstract
With the economic development in
1970's, the broiler industry has developed continuously. But there were many
uncertain factors such as price fluctuation, disease and seasonal supply
variation in broiler breeding. Because of the uncertain market situation, there
were several problems such as broiler producer's income instability and the
unbalance of supply and demand. So, the broiler outlook is necessary to help
broiler producer and policy maker to make a proper decision.
But there are
many limits such as inconsistency of major data, time-lag of statistic
generation, lack of demand side analysis in broiler outlook. The purposes of
this study are to demonstrate the broiler outlook process by using its
production cycle, statistical data and farm survey, investigate the limit
of broiler outlook and improve the broiler outlook process.
