| dc.description.tableofcontents | Abstract The objective of this study is to analyze the methods of land evaluation in Japan. And we make a comparison between Korea's and Japan's. The land evaluation is done by three stages(Land Type Classification Land Suitability Classification Land Use Division). The land classification is to understand a natural form, a positional character and the current state of land for dividing land. The land suitability classification is from a viewpoint of the use possibility of land to the division of the grade. The land use division is made in consideration of the amount of available land in the region.
