도시가구의 과실 구매행태 변화 분석

Abstract

초록 과실 공급량이 증가하고 연중 신선 과일류 공급이 가능해짐에 따라 소비시장에서 국내 과일류뿐만 아니라 수입 과일과도 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있다. 따라서 향후 국내 과실의 소비를 촉진하고 대내외 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는 우선 소비자들이 요구하는 과실 상품에 대해 요구하는 내용을 파악하고 생산과 유통단계에서 이에 부응하여 실천해 나아가야 할 것이다. 이 연구에서는 소비자 조사를 통하여 과실 구매 행태를 파악하고 기존 연구 결과와 비교, 분석함으로써 구매행태 및 기호의 변화를 도출하였으며 과실 생산과 출하 단계에서 추진해야 할 방향을 제시하였다. 맛이 과실 수요를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인이므로 향후 과실 생산에 있어서 당도 증진 등 우선 맛있는 과실을 생산하되 안전성을 높일 수 있도록 생산 체계를 개선해 나아가야 할 것이다. 출하 및 유통 단계에서는 소비자들이 당도, 원산지 등 품질표시에 대해 인식하면서 원하는 포장 단위로 구매하고 신선한 과실을 소비할 수 있도록 출하체계도 개선되어야 할 것이다.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is grasping the changes of household behavior on fruit purchasing and presenting an implication with the direction for production and shipping in Korea. The items on this study are apple, pear, citrus, sweet persimmon, orange imported, and grape imported. This analysis was practiced by comparing the results of consumer's survey with those of pre-conducted surveys. The survey shows that the proportion of buying fruits at big discount stores is largely increased and consumers have a top priority to sweet-level quality over the price. As a result, it is forecasted that the future demand for fruits will be decided by quality such as sweet-level, freshness, etc. To raise the demand of domestic-produced fruits and improve competitiveness to stand comparison with fruits imported, it is need to be considered improving of quality of sweet-level and changing of commodity shipping systems to the consumer-preferred.
