dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 주요 외국의 국가별 농지제도를 규정하는 법령을 수집·번역·정리하여 발간하는 데 1차적인 목적을 두고, 이를 토대로 법령의 전체 내용과 전반적인 체계 및 특징을 파악한 다음, 우리와 각국의 농지 소유·이용·거래·임대차·보전·전용 제도를 비교 검토하여 우리나라의 현행 농지제도와 농지정책의 개선 방향을 설정하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 목적이 있다.	-
