| dc.description.abstract | 유럽 청년 농업인 협의회(Conseil European des Jeunes Agriculteurs, CEJA)는 1958년 이탈리아에서 창립되었다. 초기에는 6개 회원국의 청년 농업인 조합으로 구성되었으나, 점차 확대되어 EU의 정책에 영향력을 미칠 수 있는 기관이 되었다. CEJA의 주된 목적은 EU회원국 청년 농업인들의 대표자로서, 청년들의 혁신적인 농업을 장려하며 청년 농업인의 입장을 대변하는 것이다. 본고에서는 유럽 청년농업인 실태와 육성 전략에 대해 살펴본다. | - |
