| dc.description.abstract | 본 평가는 농식품부가 한국농어촌공사와 함께 2018년부터 2020년까지 추진한 「우간다 곡물가공식품 제조기술 전수사업」을 대상으로 하고 있다. 「우간다 곡물가공식품 제조기술 전수사업」은 우간다 농업연구청의 연구센터 중 수확 후 관리 및 가공 등의 기초기반 연구를 담당하고 있는 카완다 국립 농업연구소에서 식품가공 창업보육센터를 운영하여 곡물가공업체를 육성함으로써 최종적으로 다양한 농가공 제품 개발을 통해 식품산업을 활성화하고자 진행된 사업이다.
