Abstract

Research Purpose○ This study assessed the status of regional agricultural research and development (R&D). It focuses on encouraging active farmer involvement in identifying agricultural issues, planning and implementing solutions, and diffusing these solutions. The primary objective is to present strategies and tasks that can serve as growth engines to promote regional agriculture development. We conducted an analysis to understand the causes of inertia in farmer-centered regional agricultural R&D and the subsequent issues that arise. Subsequently, we divided the task of activating farmer-centered regional agricultural R&D to solve regional agricultural issues into the stages of agricultural issue identification, planning, implementation, and diffusing these solutions.(For more information, please refer to the report.)
