accounts for 97 percent of total Kimchi exported. In order to promote export of
Kimchi, Korean Kimchi should be differentiated from Japanese and Chinese Kimchi
through having own brands for the exported products and labeling of origin of
raw materials.
Quality control and development of design to meet preferences of Japanese
consumers also should be maintained.
