목차: Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the methods of
land evaluation in Japan. And we make a comparison between Korea's and
Japan's.
The land evaluation is done by three stages(Land Type Classification
Land Suitability Classification Land Use Division). The land classification is
to understand a natural form, a positional character and the current state of
land for dividing land. The land suitability classification is from a viewpoint
of the use possibility of land to the division of the grade. The land use
division is made in consideration of the amount of available land in the
region.
We propose to develop a system approach for doing the city planning
strategy in Korea.
