dc.description.abstract	중국의 버섯 생산량은 매년 10% 이상 성장하여, 2009년에는 1,900만 톤을 넘을 것으로 추산된다. 이는 세계 생산량의 70% 이상이다. 중국 버섯산업이 급성장하게 된 것은 지방정부의 진흥정책과 국민소득향상에 따른 수요증가 때문이다. 앞으로도 三農정책, 신농촌건설정책 등이 추진되면서 버섯류에 대한 수요가 더욱 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있다.	-
