농촌 노인 맞춤 복지를 위한 사회서비스 실태와 정책과제

Abstract

본 연구는 농촌 노인의 돌봄 실태를 수요와 공급 측면으로 나누어 검토하고 각 쟁점과 한계를 도출함으로써, 향후 농촌 노인에게 돌봄이 더 적절히 이루어지도록 하기 위한 정책과제를 모색하고자 추진되었음.

구체적으로는 노인실태조사자료와 설문조사를 수행하여 농촌 노인의 돌봄 실태와 욕구 등을 파악하였으며, 관련 정책과 법정계획을 검토하는 한편 주요 사업과 관련 자원의 분포, 국내외 사례를 함께 살펴보았음.

Purpose of Research ○Rural areas with prominent “aging of older adults” are feared to have poor social service conditions essential to improving the quality of life in old age. Therefore, this study focused on the “care” sector, which is a key area of social services and particularly important for older adults, to review the status of related demand and supply in rural areas and derive policy tasks necessary for improvement. This contributes to improving the quality of life by improving welfare and creating conditions that can provide more appropriate care(services) to rural older adults.
