지역별 농지거래 실태 분석

Abstract

최근 농지규제 개선에 대한 요구가 많아지는 상황에서 지역별 농지거래 실태를 명확히 파악할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 농촌지역 소멸 우려가 커지고 있는 상황에서 지역별로 구분하여 농지거래의 공간분포 및 특징을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 농지규제(LH 사태 이후 농지법 개정)의 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 특히, 농지규제 효과는 LH 사태가 발생한 2021년 전후를 비교하여 농지법 개정의 효과를 살펴보고자 한다.

Purpose of Research ○As demands for improvements in farmland market regulations continue to grow, it is crucial to understand the variations in farmland transactions across different regional contexts. This study examines the spatial distribution and characteristics of farmland transactions, especially in light of rising concerns about rural depopulation. We analyze the effectiveness of recent farmland regulations, particularly the changes made to the farmland law following the LH scandal, by comparing transaction volumes before and after the scandal in 2021.
