농업인 경영역량, 경영환경, 경영전략, 경영성과 간 관계 분석

Abstract

현재 한국 농업은 경영성과가 미흡할 뿐만 아니라, 성장동력 역시 충분하지 못하다. 따라서 한국 농업의 경영성과 향상방안에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 선행연구 분석을 통해 농업경영체의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 살펴본 후 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 해당 요인들과 경영성과의 구체적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 농업경영체의 경영성과 향상을 위해서는 농업인의 ‘경영역량 강화, 거시환경 인식 제고, 정부 정책 이해 향상, 원가우위전략과 차별화전략 실행’이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이를 지원하기 위한 정부 정책이 향후 확대 추진될 필요가 있다.

Korea’s agricultural sector continues to exhibit weak managerial performance and insufficient growth capacity, underscoring the need for research on strategies to enhance farm management outcomes. This study identifies the principal determinants of managerial performance in agricultural enterprises and empirically examines their interrelationships using structural equation modeling. The analysis shows that four factors—farmers’ managerial capability, awareness of the macro-environment, understanding of government policies, and the implementation of cost-leadership and differentiation strategies—significantly contribute to improved managerial performance. These findings suggest that government policies supporting these areas should be further expanded and strengthened.
