현장 중심의 농촌재생 모델 개발 실증연구(3/5차년도)

Abstract

이 연구는 5개년간 수행되는 중장기 과제(2023-2027)로, 농촌이 직면한 구조적 쇠퇴 문제를 주민 주도·데이터 기반·증거 중심의 접근을 통해 해결하고, 지속가능한 농촌재생 모델을 개발·확산하는 것을 목표로 한다. 1년차 연구에서 정립한 농촌재생의 개념 및 분석틀과 2년차 연구에서 선도사례의 심층분석을 통해 설계한 기초 모델을 바탕으로, 3년차 연구는 이론적 모델을 실제 현장에 적용하여 유효성을 검증하고 이를 전국적으로 확산 가능한 정책적 대안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다.

Purpose of Research ○This study is a five-year (2023-2027) research project aimed at developing and disseminating a sustainable rural regeneration model that addresses the structural decline of rural areas through a resident-led, data-based, and evidence-centric approach. Building on the conceptual and analytical framework established in the first year and the foundational model designed through an in-depth analysis of role models in the second year, the third-year study seeks to apply the theoretical model to actual field sites, evaluate its effectiveness, and propose it as a nationally scalable policy alternative.
