대내외 환경변화에 대응한 과수농가의 농업경영구조와 정책과제

Abstract

최근 과수산업 전반에 걸쳐 기후변화, 농가 고령화 심화, 4차 산업혁명에 따른 기술 변화, 유통환경 변화, 농산물 소비 트렌드 변화 등 대내외적 환경변화로 인해 과수농가의 농업경영에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 결국, 기후변화로 인한 재배환경 불확실성 증대, 디지털 농업 수용, 유통환경 및 소비 트렌드의 변화 등 대내외 환경변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 개별 과수농가의 대응 역량 제고와 이를 위한 정부 지원 정책의 확대가 필요하다.

이 연구는 대내외 환경변화 속에서 개별농가의 경영목표 달성과 과수산업의 경쟁력 제고라는 정책목표를 달성할 수 있는 정책 방향을 모색하기 위해 추진되었다. 이 연구는 대내외 환경변화에 대응하는 과수농가의 농업경영 의사결정 유형, 농가경영 특성, 경영전략, 경영성과 등에 대한 조사·분석 결과를 바탕으로 과수농가의 농업경영 역량 강화와 과수산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 정책과제를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.

Purpose of Research ○Rapid internal and external environmental changes such as climate change, the aging of farms, technological changes brought about by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, shifts in the distribution environment, and shifts in agricultural product consumption trends, are significantly impacting the entire fruit industry. Farms and other agricultural management entities are the primary actors responsible for responding to these internal and external environmental changes. Therefore, analyzing the management structure of individual fruit farms is crucial to enhancing their ability to adapt to these changes and to identify support measures. This study aimed to analyze the relationships among farm management characteristics, management strategies, and performance by type of farm management structure, and to propose policy measures to strengthen farm management capabilities and enhance the competitiveness of the fruit industry.
