임산부 친환경농산물 지원 시범사업 수혜자 만족도 영향 요인 분석

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 2020년, 2021년에 실시한 임산부 친환경농산물 지원 시범사업 참여자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 시범사업에 대한 만족도 증가 여부를 파악하는 것이다. 시범사업 만족도 증대 요인을 분석하기 위해 2021년(2020년도 시범사업 참여자 962명), 2022년(2021년도 시범사업 참여자 1,082명) 총 2회에 걸쳐 온라인 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 순위로짓 모형을 사용하여 계량분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 2021년 시범사업에 참여자의 만족도가 전년도 시범사업 참여자보다 높은 것으로 나타나, 시범사업 운영방식이 점차 개선되고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 전반적인 시범사업의 만족도 증대에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 참여자의 건강에 대한 관심과 식품 가격 및 구입 편리성에 대한 관심, 정부/지자체의 저출산 정책에 대한 인식으로 나타났다. 품질 및 신선도에 대한 관심이 있는 응답자일수록 친환경농산물 품질에 대한 만족도가 낮아지는 것은 해당 사업을 통해 제공되는 친환경농산물의 품질을 지속적으로 개선해 나갈 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 사업 운영 주체인 중앙정부·지자체는 수혜자가 만족하는 측면은 강화하고 개선의견은 적극적으로 반영하여, 향후 효과적인 사업 운영 방향을 제시하기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect participants’ satisfaction with the pilot project ‘Environmentally Friendly Food Assistance Program for Pregnant Women’ in 2020 and 2021 and to determine whether the satisfaction increased. We collected the data through an online survey twice in 2021 (962 participants in the pilot project in 2020) and 2022 (1,082 participants in the pilot project in 2021) and used the logistic regression model for the quantitative analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the participants’ satisfaction with the pilot project in 2021 was higher than that in the previous year, which indicates that the project operation method is gradually improving. Factors significantly affecting the overall satisfaction level of the pilot project were participants’ interest in health, food prices and convenience of purchase, and awareness of government policies on the low fertility rate. Respondents who are interested in quality and freshness showed lower satisfaction with the quality of environmentally friendly agricultural products provided through the project, which suggests that it is necessary to continuously improve the quality of the products. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the central and local governments, which operate the project, will strengthen the aspects with which the beneficiaries were satisfied and actively reflect opinions for improvement, presenting effective program operation directions in the future.
