농산물 도매시장의 예약거래 도입 및 활성화 방안

Abstract

이 연구는 온라인 유통이 확대되는 시점에서 농산물 유통환경 변화에 대응하여 국내 농산물 도매시장의 예약거래방식 도입 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 농산물 산지의 생산자단체, 도매시장 법인, 중도매인, 시장도매인, 농산물 유통 전문가를 대상으로 조사 및 의견을 수렴하였다.

Purpose of Research ○ This study aims to propose measures for introducing and activating reservation-based transactions in addition to auction-centered trading systems in domestic agricultural wholesale markets, in response to changes in the agricultural distribution environment such as climate change and increasing price volatility.

○ Specifically, as price volatility and supply instability inherent in the auction-based spot trading structure of domestic agricultural wholesale markets have been continuously raised as issues, this study investigates and analyzes measures for the introduction and activation of reservation-based transactions to complement these limitations and presents corresponding policy recommendations.
